Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of ltdynamics.com. The most important point is the simplest one: this site is an educational technical resource from a technology consulting practice — it is not legal advice, and reading it does not make us your lawyers.

Effective July 2, 2026. By using ltdynamics.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Legal Tech Dynamics, LLC (“LTD,” “we,” “us”), a technology consulting practice in Boca Raton and Naples, Florida. These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the site. Your use of the site means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

This is a technical resource, not legal advice

LTD is a technology consulting practice. We are not a law firm, and through this website we do not provide legal services or legal advice. The articles, guides, checklists, self-checks, and other materials on this site are educational and address the technology side of matters — how digital evidence is handled, how AI systems are governed, how discovery data is managed. Questions of admissibility, privilege, obligations, and legal strategy belong to your counsel.

Using this site, contacting us, or downloading a resource does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it does not create a consulting engagement. A consulting engagement with LTD begins only under a separate written agreement. Do not send us confidential or sensitive information through this site expecting it to be protected by any privilege.

Use of this site

You may read, and where we offer it, download our materials for your own professional and internal reference. In using the site, you agree not to:

  • Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute our content as your own or for commercial gain without permission.
  • Use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
  • Use automated means to scrape or harvest content or contact information beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, guides, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Legal Tech Dynamics, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. TRACE™ is a trademark of Legal Tech Dynamics. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not reproduce substantial portions or present our materials as your own without our written permission.

The site links to third-party sites and services — for example, our book platform, video and podcast channels, and the providers that power our forms and newsletter. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion, and that site's own terms and privacy policy will apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its materials are provided “as is,” for general educational purposes. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but technology and law change, and we make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or fits your particular situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the site, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Tech Dynamics, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its materials. Because this site does not provide legal advice, you should not act, or decline to act, on the basis of anything here without consulting qualified counsel or a retained professional about your specific facts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be subject to the courts located in Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
