This policy explains what information Legal Tech Dynamics collects through ltdynamics.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices deliberately narrow — we collect what we need to answer you and to send what you asked for, and nothing we don't.
Effective July 2, 2026. Legal Tech Dynamics, LLC (“LTD,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover the confidential handling of client engagement materials, which is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement.

We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, or government identifiers.
We use the information above to:
We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not sell it.
This site uses a minimal set of cookies needed to function and, where enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics tool to measure aggregate usage (such as which pages are read). Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.
We rely on a few established third parties to run the site and communicate with you. Each receives only what it needs for its task, and each has its own privacy terms:
We do not permit these providers to use your information for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers described above, and only as needed to run the site and deliver what you asked for. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, but that is not something this site does in its ordinary operation.
We keep information for as long as it serves the purpose you gave it for — for example, we keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe, and we keep an inquiry long enough to follow up and maintain our records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
You are in control of the information you give us:
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We honor those rights regardless of where you are. To make any request, email admin@ltdynamics.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and we work with providers that do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we design our practices to keep the data we collect limited and protected.
