Carlos founded Legal Tech Dynamics to give attorneys, in-house counsel, and businesses a clear and defensible answer to the technology questions that increasingly decide matters.

His work sits at the intersection of digital forensics, eDiscovery strategy, AI governance, and the practical day-to-day technology choices that determine whether evidence holds, productions survive challenge, and AI gets adopted defensibly.

He has served as outside consultant to healthcare technology companies on HIPAA and AI/ML matters, taught legal studies at multiple universities, and hosts The Virtual Jurist podcast covering legal technology, evidence, and emerging practice.
